High Season: £2800/week
Summer holidays & peak dates (Saturday to Saturday bookings only) -
Mid Season: £2400/week
Short stays: £375 per night (minimum 4 nights, up to 4 guests, use of 2 ensuite bedrooms only) -
Low Season: £1900/week
Short stays: £300 per night (minimum 4 nights, up to 4 guests, use of 2 ensuite bedrooms only)
Note: Four-night short breaks are available outside of school holidays, Easter, and Christmas. Please contact us to discuss specific availability.
Booking Information

All bookings are subject to a £200 cleaning fee, which covers less than 50% of the actual cost of a full changeover clean.
We kindly ask guests to leave the Schoolhouse in a clean and tidy condition to help maintain our high standards. -
A £500 security deposit is required and is refunded within 5 days of departure, provided no damage or excess cleaning is needed.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

A higher rate applies to groups requiring additional bed setups beyond the use of two ensuite bedrooms, regardless of overall group size.
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests plus 1 infant (travel cot available).
Well-Behaved Dogs Welcome
Dogs are welcome at the Schoolhouse. However, to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we kindly ask pet owners to follow a few simple rules:

Dogs must remain in the kitchen, dining room, or utility room only — not in the sitting room or on any furniture or beds.

Please clear up any dog mess in the garden.

Before departure, a quick vacuum of any visible dog hair is appreciated.

A £50 pet fee applies (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
